The 2023 National Christian Homeschool Volleyball Championships were held in Lawrence, Kansas October 19-21.   143 teams from 17 states competed under one roof. Three of our Simpson County girls attended and played for Team USA.   Team USA is for players whose entire teams are not attending the championships.  The 2023 Team USA 16u team consisted of 8 players from Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Mississippi.  Addison, Jamie and Maelah were the only players from the state of MS to compete at the NCHVC.

Maelah Brown, daughter of Rusty and Athena Brown, has played for Mt. Zion Christian Academy for 5 seasons.

Jamie Lee, daughter of Patricia Griffith and Josh Lee, has played for Mt. Zion Christian Academy for 6 seasons.
