While this work is being completed, MDOT reminds motorists to use proper protocol when approaching a flashing yellow traffic signal. There is no need to come to a complete stop at a flashing yellow light, but motorists should stay alert for other drivers entering the highway and proceed with caution.

For more information about these and other MDOT maintenance and construction projects, download the free MDOT Traffic mobile app, visit MDOTtraffic.com and like and follow @MississippiDOT on Facebook and X.
