Xavier (Zay) Franks, senior Magee Trojan, has been selected to play in the Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game which is scheduled for Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Montgomery, AL at the Cramton Bowl. Admission to the event is $12.
The Mississippi team will meet Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the HealthPlex Performance Center in Madison, MS.

Practice for the December 12th game will begin on Tuesday, December 8th.
Xavier Franks known as “Zay” is a senior at Magee High School. Zay is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Bible Club, and is a member of the Varsity Football and Basketball team. The position Zay plays in football is WR and he plays Shooting Guard in basketball. Zay has been recognized for numerous awards in sports and academics. Zay was selected as a recipient of the Region 8 3A 1st team award in football and has received over 14 offers to play college football. Zay exemplifies what dedication looks and feels like as one of the most outstanding athletes at Magee High. He works extremely hard to help his team, classmates, and preserving when things are challenging. Xavier Franks is the son of Erica Holmes and the late Jimmy Shaw.
