Feb. 15: William Carey Walk-in Registration

William Carey University’s spring trimester starts Monday, Feb. 19, at campuses in Hattiesburg, Biloxi/Tradition, and Baton Rouge, La.

“While enrollment at many colleges is declining, William Carey University saw a 5 percent increase in undergraduate enrollment in the fall term and an 8 percent increase in the winter,” said WCU President Dr. Ben Burnett.

“Our ‘Making College Affordable’ program is largely responsible. We have frozen tuition and increased scholarship amounts by 40 percent – and we provide free textbooks to undergraduate students. William Carey is one of the most affordable options in the state.”

Walk-in registration for new students is Thursday, Feb. 15. Admissions staff will be available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On that day, new students will have the opportunity to meet with faculty advisors and register for spring classes. New students can also register by appointment starting on Friday, Jan. 26.

To get the process started, apply online at www.wmcarey.edu/admissions.

Late registration will be Feb. 19-23.

If you have questions:

  • Call WCU admissions at (601) 318-6103 or (228) 702-1815.
  • Undergraduate students can email admissions@wmcarey.edu.
  • Graduate students can email graduateadmissions@wmcarey.edu.
