The Scriptural passage for today is found in James 3:13: “Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.” Do you desire wisdom and discernment? Well, we all should in order to make wise choices. God imparts wisdom and discernment to those who ask for it. Solomon is the Christian’s best example. He sought wisdom from God, and, as a result, became the wisest man who ever lived. Solomon, however, did not adhere to God’s commands as he aged. He became distracted, as all of us often do. In this passage, we’re admonished to ask for wisdom, to be humble, and to exhibit a good life by walking upright with God. Let us seek wisdom and discernment. Amen!
