Hemphill Construction rolled into Magee with large and lots of equipment to repair the water main break at the 5 way stop in Magee. The break happened Monday afternoon.
According to Mayor Dale Berry, the repair will take several days. MDOT is on hand to observe construction making sure that all State and Federal guidelines are followed.
The businesses in the area remain with water.
When I spoke with Mayor Berry, the actual break had not been found. All equipment (pipes etc) needed for the repair is in Magee.
