According to The News-Commercial Facebook page and Collins Police Chief Joey Ponder, two people have been arrested in the Shirley’s fire. One adult and one juvenile are charged with commercial burglary. The Police Chief said more arrest are possible. The State Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating the arson separately.
