On Tuesday, March 19, candidates for public office in Simpson County met at the Ural Everett Park in Magee to promote their platform. The event was sponsored by the Magee Courier and the Chamber of Commerce to allow voters an opportunity to address the public.
Incumbents and new comers alike used the opportunity to rally support.
As the warmer months begin, the TalkShow will begin to interview candidates. We have sent out invitations to each candidate in a contested race for a TalkShow discussion. We will have candidates LIVE in studio to discuss their agenda and plan to better Simpson County.
