The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Deuteronomy 33:27: “The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, ‘Destroy him.'” Amen! Moses is attributed by most BIBLE scholars to have been the author of the first five books of the BIBLE, of which Deuteronomy is the fifth. Moses led the children of Israel out of Egyptian bondage under God’s leadership, and God’s message was very clear to His children: trust in God, lean on Him, and He’ll guide and protect His children. That message is as clear today as it was all those centuries ago. We should learn to lean on God for strength and abide under His protective wings and everlasting arms. The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God!
