Early Lead For Millry Seals Fate For Magee Trojans HS Varsity
Magee hosted Millry, AL Saturday, March, 7, 2020 at home. Millry wasted no time scoring three runs in the first. Trojans would lose by a score of 12-6. Magee looked to turn things around in the fifth inning scoring four runs and bringing the score within two runs.
Jordan Magee toed the rubber for the Trojans allowing eight runs, five hits, and striking out two through three inning. Chandler Pittman came in as relief pitcher for four innings.
Trojans rebounded Monday, March 9, 2020 against Lloyd Star winning by a score of 10-5.
Magee sealed the deal in the fourth inning scoring six runs.
Landon Hayes was on the rubber for the Trojans. Hayes went six and a third innings. Hayes allowed five runs, five hits, and struck out four players. Chandler Pittman went 3-3 at the plate leading the Trojans in hits.
