Trojans Ends Regular Season of play with a District Win.

Magee won toss and received an onside kick that was recovered by McLaurin.

During the first quarter #5, Cortez Hubbard, for the Trojans would fumble headed toward the end zone where McLaurin would recover and get ball on their twenty.

At the end of the quarter score was tied 0-0.

During second quarter #3, R S Hopkins, would score on a 40 yard pass. The PAT was good and the Trojans would lead 7-0.

Hubbard for the Trojans would score again with 5:30 left in the game, PAT good, and Trojans lead 14-0.

With 53 seconds left in the 2nd half, Magee would go to Hubbard, once again to score and the Trojans would head to the locker room with a 21-0 lead at the half.

There would be a lot of actions during the third quarter. Magee’s Hubbard would score on a 12 yard run with 7:34 left in quarter. PAT good and Trojans lead 28-0. McLaurin would finally add points to the game with 7:11 left in game, and score is now 28-7. Hubbard again would find the end zone and score with 5:33 left in game. PAT good Trojans on top to 35-7. Then, Hubbard for Magee would score with :17 left in the quarter. This would be the final score of the game with no action in the forth.

Magee would win the last game of the regular season 42-7.

Now with a twist in things. Magee will finish 2nd in District. Morton would have to forfeit their games due to having an ineligible player. This makes them not eligible for Playoff’s and Magee finishes 2nd. Magee will play Wilkerson County Friday night at MAGEE. Game time is 7:00. Come out and support the team as they begin playoff’s.
