The Scriptural passage chosen for today is found in Hosea 2:19-20: “I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion. I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord.” The love of God extends from the farthest reaches and is available to one and all, both Jew and gentile. Let us be mindful of that fact and act accordingly. God loved us and sent His only Son to be a propitiation for our sins. Can we earn that love? Are we worthy of that love? No, we can only give thanks to God by accepting Him as our Lord and Savior. Do so today. Now is the accepted time. Amen!
