The Scriptural passage for today is found in Psalm 103:17: “From everlasting to everlasting, the Lord is with those who fear Him, and His righteousness with their children’s children.” What a comfort this verse is to the Christian! We who fear the Lord are aware of His love for us, but we also are well-aware that He chastises those He loves to help in guiding and caring for us and to keep us on course. He will never leaves us or forsake us. Then, His righteousness will continue with the Christian’s children and their children after them. What a legacy to leave those who come after us! Let’s never take God’s love for granted. He cares for us with an everlasting love. Amen!
