During Friday’s, December 13th, Board of Supervisors meeting two supervisors were recognized for their years of service.
A proclamation was read by Rhuel Dickinson regarding years of service and work the two men have dedicated to the county.
Mr. Curtis Skiffer will be leaving the board with 16 years of service to Simpson County.
Mr. Mickey Berry will leave the board at the end of December with 20 years of service.
Each honored supervisor spoke and thank the people they had work with and the people that help elect them each term to office.
The remaining supervisors reflected back on their working relationship and wished each man the best of luck.
