My team had such a great weekend at the MHSAA Football Championships! Not only did we get to help cheer on six teams to victory, but the State Treasury handed out $3,500 worth of scholarship money throughout the championship games.
 Here were the scholarship winners:

Students with a college savings account are four times more likely to go to college than their counterparts without. I am proud we were able to kickstart the savings of these seven students, and I hope the scholarships will inspire them to pursue a degree of their choice that will keep them well-employed here in Mississippi.
