Trojans fell early to the Cougars in a game Saturday, March 9, 2019 at home. Spring rains and baseball games seem to be a challenge the last couple of weeks. The rain held off for the day to allow play. Simpson won by a score of 8-0.

Magee struggled against the talented Cougars, giving up eight runs.

Simpson put points on the board early in the first inning on a double by Noah Magee on a 2-0 count, scoring the first run.
