County Administrator Board Authorizations:

a. Adopt an Order to approve the Claims Docket of August 14, 2015, in the amount of $833,774.81 and the electronic payment claim for VISA in the amount of $562.08.

b.Authorize the August 2015 Completed Claims Docket to be made a part of the minutes and for the Board President to sign.

c. Approve the Financial Reports and Solid Wastes Reports for the month of August 2015, as presented by the County Administrator.

d. Approve the Computer Network Support Service Agreement with Itech Systems Group, Inc. for October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016.

e. Consider the Inmate Medical Claims Review contact with Corvel for 5% and Gulf Guaranty (MAS Sponsored) for 5%.

f. Approve applicable travel, registration, lodging and mileage expenses for:

  • Newly Elected Officials to attend New Term Orientation when applicable in November and / or December 2015.

g. County Authorize the claims and immediate issuance of checks for the following:

  • Cliburn Tank Lines, Inc. for the purchase of the 2007 Peterbilt 379 Truck for $48,000 as the lowest approved quotation on September 11, 2015.

h. Acknowledge and Record in the Board Minutes
