Chamber President Nancy Brown welcomed everyone. Ed Meadows gave the prayer. Price Wallace led in the National Anthem. The Magee Elementary Show Choir performed two numbers…and did an excellent job!
Mississippi Senate candidate Andy Berry introduced speaker Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith who quickly explained her hard nose stance on several items such as: the border; Committee assignments, “the white balloon,” fossil fuel, and global stability.
The Senator may be small in statue…but she is a “spit fire” in Congress.
