On Monday, February 17, Simpson County Technical Center hosted their spring 2020 CTE Advisory Committee Meeting at the CoLin Campus in Magee. More than 40 partners from industry and education came together to collaborate on prioritizing strategies for continued growth of a high quality CTE program for Simpson County. This committee serves as an ongoing partnership between SCTC and the technical community. It aids to ensure that the knowledge and skills students receive are current with those needed in the workforce. Another highlight of the meeting was enjoying a delicious lunch provided by Mr. Chris Williams and Farm Bureau of Simpson County.
