The Simpson Cougars traveled to Meridian on Friday night to play the Lamar Raiders. The Cougars last played Lamar in the 2017 State Championship at Jackson Academy. The Cougars and the Raiders fought back and forth the whole game. At the end of game the Raiders pulled out with a win of 38-30. The Cougars will play on Friday, October 26, in the Hole. Friday night will also be senior night.
