Simpson County Academy has announced the top three graduates from the Class of 2018.
Sarah Berry was named Valedictorian. Sarah plans to attend Mississippi College and major in Biology – Medical Science (Pre-Med). Sarah hopes to become a doctor. Sarah is the daughter of Michael and Belinda Berry. Sarah has been very active in her time at SCA serving on several clubs and organizations. Sarah was elected as a Future Leader of Simpson County, City of Magee’s Mayor Youth Council, and Ole Miss APEX Leadership Summit of 2017, and a Mississippi Scholar.
Bayleigh Prather was named Salutatorian. Bayleigh plans to attend Mississippi State University. Bayleigh is the daughter of Vic and Angie Prather. Bayleigh has been busy at SCA playing basketball and a member of several clubs and organizations. Bayleigh was chosen as a Future Leader of Simpson County, and is a Mississippi Scholar.
Named as Historian was Callie Slover. Callie plans to attend the University of Mississippi and major in Biology. Callie is the daughter of Rusty and Beverly Slover. Callie is a member of the ACT 25 Club, Mississippi Scholar, 12th Grade Class President and a cheerleader for the SCA Cougars.
