Thursday, February 8, 2018, 12 Simpson County Academy students traveled to Mississippi College to compete in the annual Mathematics and Science Competition.

During the competition, each student took two tests in any combination of the following categories: math, biology, chemistry, physics, or computer science. Each test rewarded scholarships to students who placed in the top percentile.
