Rosie L Herrington, 94, of Magee, passed from this life on January 18, 2017 at Hillcrest Nursing Center. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Hebron Cemetery in Jones County. Bro. Danny Dickerson will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee.
Surviving Family Members are, daughter, Mary Stewart, Sumrall, Grand Children, Peggy Wright (David), Sumrall, Barbara A Young (James), Hattiesburg, Glancy Wheat (Lee), Sumrall, Linda Shoemaker (Kevin), Sumrall, Lucy Saul (Richard), Corinth, James Stewart (Michelle), Sumrall, Jeff Stewart, Sumrall, Larry Stewart, Sumrall, Doug Stewart, Sumrall, Rickey Stewart, Sumrall; Eighteen Great-grandchildren and Five Great Great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by parents, Joseph Ezra and Lucy Ivy Wedgeworth, Brothers, William “Pete” Wedgeworth, and Cecil Wedgeworth, Sisters, Winnie Katherine Bridges, Minnie Lee Wedgeworth, Four Grandchildren, Husband – Clyde Matthews, Husband – Homer Arnold Herrington, and Son-in-Law, J.B. Stewart
