Ronnie Berry McDonnieal passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Simpson General Hospital. He was born on August 9, 1956, to Charles Gordon McDonnieal and Neita Grantham McDonnieal Gray in Jackson, MS.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Magee and the FBC Men of Integrity Sunday School Class. He retired as an environmentalist from the Mississippi Department of Health.
Ronnie loved all sports, especially football and baseball. He also enjoyed cooking for his church’s events and tailgating get-togethers. He loved his family more than anything, especially his grandchildren. Ronnie was a friend to all, and he will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife of forty years, Judy Butler McDonnieal; son, Brett McDonnieal and his wife, Lauren; brother, Robert McDonnieal and his wife, Mary Anna; grandchildren, Madilynne McDonnieal, Mason McDonnieal and Mary Vivian; nephew, Grant McDonnieal and niece, Mary Catherine McDonnieal.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Magee, MS. The service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Brother Barry Corbett officiating. The interment will be at Magee City Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
