MDOT Information Systems (IS) and Right of Way (ROW) Divisions were recently awarded the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Excellence in Right of Way Innovation Award. The award recognizes MDOTs innovative parcel tracking system designed to manage all facets of the right of way process from personnel assignments to the issuance of the right of way certificate.
