Reminder: File Your 2020 Annual Report (If your company has already filed its 2020 annual report, please disregard this reminder.)
All corporations and limited liability companies doing business in Mississippi are required to file an annual report. The deadline to file an annual report is April 15, 2020. Failure to file the annual report will result in administrative dissolution of the company. The 2020 annual report can be filed at any time after January 1, 2020.
Annual reports must be filed online at https://www.sos.ms.gov/BusinessServices/Pages/Annual-Reports.aspx.
No income or tax information is needed to file your annual report with the Secretary of State.
