Magee General Hospital held a ribbon cutting and open house for the newly renovated emergency room at the hospital. The new ER has more rooms and are larger for the emergency care needs.

John Miller, II, M.D. Chief of Staff, Director (Not Pictured),
Robbie Barnes, Director, Stan Bulger, Director, Charles R. Prince, CPA, Director,
Joe Stephens, Director (not pictured) , Frank Wade, Jr., M.D., Director, and
Gregg Gibbes, CEO were present for the ribbon cutting. Charlie Bob Prince was given the honor of cutting the ribbon.
Magee Chamber of Commerce President Lacey Evans congratulated Gibbes on the newly remodelled Emergency Department, and presented him with a new certificate of membership to the Chamber.
Hospital Administrator/CEO Gregg Gibbes welcomed and updated everyone present on the status of events leading up to the opening of the ER. All present were invited to take a tour of the new ER.
The rooms are large and spacious.
