Jordan Brinson – murder
Alfred Ray Fells – domestic disturbance, public intoxication
Gregory Dewayne Russell Jr – domestic disturbance
Michael Vonseutter – reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, disregard for a traffic control device, malicious mischief
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
