The Scriptural passage chosen for today is found in Philippians 3:20: “But our citizenship is in Heaven, and we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.” How marvelous for those who profess to be Christians, knowing that we’re merely strangers passing through this weary land. Our eternal home, our real citizenship, is not of this world, but, rather, Heaven. It’s God’s promise to us through Jesus Christ, His Son, who paid the price we could not pay.. And so shall we ever be with the Lord. Oh, what a glad reunion day when we enter Heaven’s portals! Amen!
