A undefeated, very strong, physical and tough team pounced the Trojans Friday night. Raleigh Lions came to town and showed they were for real. Raleigh is a very good team that will go far if not all the way during the playoff season.

First quarter was a foot race for the referees. A lot of scoring on both sides of the ball up and down the field.

Things did not start off well for the Trojans. Magee fumbled opening kick off. Raleigh capitalized 2 plays later scoring. It did not take Raleigh long to find the end zone again. With 6:37 left to play in the first half, Lions scored again. 2 point conversion was not good and the Lions led by 14-0. Raleigh scored again with 3:26 left in the first quarter. 2 point conversion no good. Lions on top 20-0. Trojans would not give up with 1:24 seconds left int he first quarter they would break the goal line to score. 2-point conversion good. Score Raleigh 20 Magee 8. Raleigh answered immediately scoring once again to lead 26-8. Magee was not finished with :13 left in the first quarter Magee would score. 2-point conversion no good. Lions still of top 26-14.
