March 1, 2022 @ 6 PM was designated by the City of Magee Board of Aldermen as a public hearing date concerning two properties in the city limits of Magee at the February 1, 2022 meeting.

Properties  on Johnson Drive North East located in Ward 4 and 121 4th Avenue SW (pictured) in Ward 2 are scheduled for demolition following the Public Hearing if no objection is voiced.

Shane Steele, Deputy Fire Marshal, is in charge of clean up in Magee.  Steele followed legal proceeding in seeking removal of these properties.
