Braxton Receives New Firetruck

A big, shiny red firetruck has arrived in Braxton!

The new vehicle was officially delivered to the Simpson County Chancery Clerk building, where it was accepted by Fire Chief Jason Busby and the Simpson County Board of Supervisors.

Established in 1976, the Braxton Fire Department has long been a vital part of the community—not only in protecting lives and property but also in building goodwill and strengthening local bonds.

This new addition marks an exciting step forward for the department and the residents they serve.
