Students at Magee High School performed a skit of a mock wreck involving a drunk driver, Thursday morning for all Juniors and Seniors.

DSC_1627Students participating in the skit had painted their faces to demonstrate bruises, cuts, and lifeless appearance one might receive if involved in a wreck.

The remainder of the day, students will wear posters around their neck stating that they died in a car wreck, drunk driver killed them etc…

The signs are a way to allow students the visual of what can happen to their classmates if a wrong choice is made.

Principal, Pete Howell, warned and advised the students NO ALCOHOL or mind altering substances will be allowed at the prom. If any student is suspected of such activity, the student would not be allowed to attend the prom under any circumstances.

DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE! Students, please be careful, make smart choices and enjoy your Prom.  The prom only comes once a year!
