Adam Carlson to Chief Financial Officer
MAGEE, MS — Robert J. Barnes, President and CEO, PriorityOne Bank, recently announced the promotion of Adam Carlson. Carlson will be serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for PriorityOne. Barnes stated, “Adam is a great asset to our bank and works very hard to help our institution succeed, this promotion is well deserved, and we are pleased to have him as a part of the PriorityOne Bank team.”
Adam, a Certified Public Accountant, holds multiple degrees including a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. He has also successfully graduated from The Mississippi School of Banking. He has been with PriorityOne Bank since 2017. He has served in many areas of the bank, most recently, VP Controller.
Carlson has also served his community in multiple leadership roles, including Simpson County Leaders. He is an active member of the MSCPA, as well as the MS Young Bankers and Mississippi Bankers Association. Adam coaches multiple local recreational sports teams in both soccer and baseball and is an active member of the M-Club at Mississippi State. Adam and his wife, Carrie Ann, currently reside in Magee with their two children, Barrett and Langley.

PriorityOne Bank Board of Directors
MAGEE, MS, – PriorityOne Capital Corporation and PriorityOne Bank are pleased to announce that Breck R. Hines was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for both organizations.
Breck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in Banking, Finance and Real Estate from The University of Mississippi. He is a Mississippi Licensed Real Estate Broker and an FAA Licensed, Instrument-Rated Private Pilot. He serves on the Ole Miss Business School Real Estate Advisory Board and is President of the Country Club of Jackson HOA.
Breck is President of Hines Investments, Inc. He is co-owner and manager of several companies including, The District Land Development Company, LLC, developer of The District at Eastover, a $125 million mixed-use hotel, office, retail, restaurant and residential development, and Concord Capital, LLC, which owns and operates commercial properties across the Southeast U.S. Breck also provides third-party commercial leasing and brokerage services to select clients in Mississippi through his partnership with Duckworth Realty, Inc.
