The Magee Lions Club hosted Second Vice Governor Tony Nettles from Pike County at their recent meeting. He spoke on the efforts needed for Lions Clubs to help with disaster relief efforts in Taylorsville and surrounding areas. He also updated the Club on the Gun Raffle in the Fall to support the initiatives of Lions International, which now includes sponsoring four homes for persons with disabilities. Lion Nettles also provided information on the 25 cataract surgeries done this past year at the state level.
