A long-awaited service is finally returning to Simpson County.

Beginning Monday, March 16, Martin Cleaners will officially open its doors in Magee, bringing convenient dry-cleaning services back to the community.

Martin Cleaners is a well-established business with a long history of serving customers. Founded in 1947, the company currently operates locations in Florence and Byram. The Magee location will provide residents with an easy and convenient place to drop off and pick up their dry cleaning.

The new business will be located at 423 Main Avenue South, in the building formerly occupied by Three Guys and an Iron. While cleaning and pressing will not be performed at the Magee site, the location will serve as a drop-off and pick-up station, with garments transported to the main facilities for service.

Customers will also see a familiar and friendly face behind the counter. Tawana will be returning to greet customers and assist with service, making the experience even more welcoming for local residents.

The addition of Martin Cleaners fills a need many Simpson County residents have been hoping to see for quite some time.

Store Hours

Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

With its opening just around the corner, Magee residents can once again enjoy convenient, local dry-cleaning service right here in town.
