Peggy Geneva Ainsworth Cook passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the age of 88. She was born to Wilson K. Ainsworth and Marie (Rankin) Ainsworth.

She met her husband, Charley Lee Cook, on the school bus going to Magee High School and she became the love of his life. They married on May 21, 1952. For many years, she and Charley farmed in the Kennedy Springs community. She loved her family and her church where she taught many children in the community to swim in their pool. Her husband surrendered to ministry as they reached their fifties.

She became a wonderful helpmate in the ministry leading many children to learn the love of the Lord.
