Patricia Lee Mathis, 59 of Morton, MS passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at her residence in Morton. She was born Thursday, June 2, 1966 in Jackson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Puckett Methodist Church in Puckett, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Puckett City Cemetery.   Bro. Richard Williams will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

She was preceded in death by her son, Harvey “Bubba” Junior Mathis.

Survivors include her husband, Harvey Mathis of Morton, MS;  daughters, Danielle Mathis of Pearl, MS, Brandie Mathis of Morton, MS and Krista Mathis of Jackson, MS;  mother, Bettie Lee Jones of Spring, TX;  her grandchildren, Cayden, Sophie, Shaleigh, Denzle, Moses, Arabella;  brother, Kenneth Jones (Alex);  sisters, Teresa Trainor (Tim) and Evelyn Daughdrill (Kenny Wayne).

Pallbearers will be Cayden Berryhill, Denzle Haven, Kenny Medders, Eli Hood, Joseph Johnson, and Nickolas Meek.

Honorary pallbearers will be Shannon Herrod, Moses Robinson, and Benson Hood.
