Ouida Parker, 88, of Mize, Mississippi, passed from this life Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, August 27, 1930.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Wilkinson Memorial Baptist Church in Mize.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Wilkinson Memorial Baptist Church in Mize. The Burial will follow in Wilkinson Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro Danny Dickerson and Larry Dennis will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mrs. Parker was a member of Wilkinson Baptist Church for 80 plus years. She loved to garden, crochet, and quilt. She also had a love for animals. Mrs. Parker had a huge impact on many lives and everyone who knew her, loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Parker; parents, Horace and Flonnie Jordan; niece, Cathy McNeil; four brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her niece, Amber Hayes (John); nephew, Brian Middleton (Pam); nephew, Chuck Middleton (Myssie); nephew, Heath Middleton; nephew, Raymond Jordan (Stephanie); niece, Rashana Jordan; niece, Nancy McAlpin; nephew, Jimmy Jordan (Deena); niece, Shirley Sherman (James); a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Jordan, Charlie Jordan, Randy Knight, Gerald Lofton, James Eason, and Ben Robinson.
