Following a day of voting and vote counting, no one has been named winner in the City of Magee Ward 2 Alderman race. Lawana Thompson and Joe Worrell tied 41 to 41 in walk in votes. Circuit Clerk Wit Fortenberry will complete the count of the absentee ballots and affidavit ballots Wednesday morning at the Simpson County Court House.
