In Re Validation of up to $27,600,000 Trust Certificates Evidencing Proportional Interests in a Lease by The Simpson County School District: Thomas Floyd, Ray Floyd, Lee McCoy, and Jason McCoy v. Simpson County School Board; Simpson Chancery Court; LC Case #: 64CH1:22-cv-00278-GM; Ruling Date: 09/22/2023; Ruling Judge: Gerald Martin; Majority Opinion: Chamberlin, J. Disposition: Affirmed. Appellants taxed with costs of appeal. Votes: Randolph, C.J., Kitchens and King, P.JJ., Coleman, Maxwell, Beam and Ishee, JJ., Concur. Griffis, J., not participating.
