Mendenhall High School Class of 2016 Historian is Micah Allen Macoy. Macoy is graduating High Honors with a 4.0 GPA and ACT score of 25.
Micah is the son of John and Sarah Macoy. Micah is a member fo the Tiger Tennis Team and participated in FCCLA, Skills USA, NTHS, Beta Club, FBLA vice president, Mississippi Youth Safe Driving Coalition, Math and Science Club.
In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, handing with friends, studying, playing tennis, and going to sporting events.
Micah has received the Ole Miss Opportunity Scholarship, and was awarded the Ms Scholars, Ms Scholars Tech Master, Hall of Fame, US Government, Microbiology, and Genetics.
Micah plans to double major in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics, obtain his Masters in Mathematics, Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering. He hope to play a key role in the developing of an alternative waste disposal method and fuel resource.
