This past week, Prentiss Christian senior pitcher and first baseman Luke McNerney signed his intent to play baseball at Holmes Community College. The bulldogs have a quality baseball program and McNerney looks to step in and make an impact. According to Coach Grace at PCS, “Luke is a solid player all the way around. He has been beneficial to us since he first arrived four seasons ago. He is a quality first baseman who has pitched well for us; especially this season. I don’t think you could ask for a better teammate or person.” The Saints ended this season with an 11-5 record thanks in part to McNerney’s efforts.
