Martha Hemby, 87, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2020 at her home in Magee, Mississippi. She was born Sunday, September 11, 1932.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.
Graveside Services will be held Monday, March 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.
Mrs. Hemby was preceded in death by husband, Truett Hemby; parents, Daniel and Hazel Nichols; sisters, Virgie Everett, Hattie Higgins, and Dorothy Brownlee; brother, Billy Joe Nichols (Brother).
Survivors include her son, James Evon Hemby; daughter, Vera Green (Jimmy); granddaughter, Martha Grace Rowland; great-grandchild, Braydenn Rowland.
