The Magee Trojan football team defeated Columbia 14-6 to clinch the title of South State Champs Friday night, November 27, 2020 before a sellout crowd. Magee will play Noxubee County for the State Title.
Magee scored first in the second quarter and nailed the point after giving Magee a 7-0 lead. Columbia followed in the second quarter with a touchdown but point after was void. Score: Magee 7 & Columbia 6 going into the half.
Neither team scored in the third quarter. Magee scored in the fourth quarter and completed the point after giving the Trojans a 14-6 lead.
Magee will meet Noxubee County at 11 AM Friday, December 4, 2020.
