Magee wins game 1 of the deciding district championship series from St. Andrews by a score of 10-2. Adam May was the winning pitcher for Magee with 9 strikeouts and only allowing 1 unearned run.

Took until the bottom of the 4th inning for Magee to finally get the scoring started. Kaden Harper, Doc McLaurin, Banks Teater, Matthew Russell, Cayden Bridges and Chandler Pittman  all had hits to score 4 runs.
In the bottom of the 5th inning Magee would add 3 more runs on hits by Brennon McNair, Jordan Magee, Kaden Harper, Banks Teater, and Matthew Russell.
In the bottom of the 6th inning, Magee scored 3 more runs on hits by Chandler Pittman, Adam May, and Brennon McNair.
Coach Eubanks stated “Our speed really put a lot of pressure on their defense. Adam pitched a good game followed by Chandler to close it out. The bottom of our batting order really produced some big hits tonight and when that happens we can score quick and often.”
The next game is at St. Andrews scheduled for Friday at 5&7, but due to potential rain in the forecast for Friday, the game may be moved to Thursday night at 5&7.
