Terry L. McMillan ‘74

Football 1991-99

Offensive coordinator for the 1989 Mississippi College football team that won the Division II National Championship, McMillan compiled a respectable 45-42-5 overall record as head coach of the Choctaws from 1991-99. A brilliant recruiter and talent evaluator, he coached 15 players who were drafted or signed as free agents by the NFL. He received American Southwest Conference Coach of the Year honors for leading his gridiron squad to an 8-2 record and an ASC title in its first season at the Division 3 level. McMillan served as MC’s athletic director for nine years.
