JACKSON, Miss. (February 14, 2022) – Bennett Hubbard of Magee recently served as a page for the Mississippi House of Representatives.  Pages generally run errands for officials and House staff.

Hubbard, 17, is the son of Jennifer Walker and Brien Hubbard, and he is a junior at Presbyterian Christian School in Hattiesburg.  He was sponsored by Representative Price Wallace (R – Mendenhall).

When asked about the week, Hubbard said, “I think it is a great experience.  You get the opportunity to meet people from all around the state.  It also shows you the process of how a bill becomes a law.  Thank you, Representative Wallace, for the opportunity.”
