What a happy site to see a car pull up in front of my home and four children pile out of the car! At first I thought, oh mercy…what is this? But then I remembered, I had order chicken plates from the homeschool Beta Club.
The Deuteronomy 6:7 Beta Club made their rounds last week selling plates for today. The chicken plate sale is a fundraiser for the group.
Willow Kinkead, Josh Barrett, David Baldwin, and Rebekah Baldwin were on a mission! These young people and their group sold 250 plates!
Deuteronomy 6:7 says: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shall talk of them when thou sites in thine house, and when thou walkers by the way, and when thou lies down, and when thou rises up. (King James)
The AMP version states: You shall teach them diligently to your children [impressing God’s precepts on their minds and penetrating their hearts with His truths] and shall speak of them when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road and when you lie down and when you get up.
