Mrs. Walsh was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and sister.  She was born in Louisiana.  She later moved to Mississippi where she met the love of her life Jerry Walsh in the library of Byram High School.  This meeting laid the foundation for our family.  She loved fiercely and was always there for her family when we needed her.  She never stood in the spotlight, but she always shined with a fierceness that lit our way home.  She was friend, Aunt, Mama, Mommy, Mamaw, Maw, Witch Doctor, and Lucy.  She was Jerry’s beloved.  She is loved and she will be dearly missed by all of us.

She was preceded in death her husband, Jerry Walsh; parents, Dite E. and Emma Viola Wall; brothers, Dite, Leo, Tom, and David; sisters, Clara Mae, Mavis, Lorraine, Florine, Myrtis, Luree, and Claudie.

Survivors include her loving five children, Darlene Warren (Steve) of Mount Olive, Phyllis Williams (Bob) of Elmore, Alabama, Billie Sue McManus of Mount Olive, Jerry Daniel Walsh of Mount Olive, and Christina Thornton of Magee; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Warren, John Warren, Tabitha Hays, Tracie Little, Nicholas Williams, Heather Fitzgerald, and Tina Mabesoone; twenty-two great-grandchildren, Brayden Shirley, Talan Warren, Ethan Warren, Kale Warren, Wesley Little, Jaden Warren, Fordie Hays, Landry Little, Sophia Warren, Logan Warren, Aaron Warren, Mykenzie Williams, Kameron Watts, Alexis Watts, Abigail Fitzgerald, Lillian Fitzgerald, William Fitzgerald, Autumn Hicks, Kendra Mabesoone, Ryan Mabesoone, Hope Thornton-Walsh, J.D.
